100 unit price and up includes one color, one location imprint on a C. 6 and 12 unit pricing for blank items on an A. Prices are based on quantity ordered. Setup and run fees are charged per location/color and order. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Substitutions of products where applicable. Prices do not include freight charges or applicable state/provincial taxes. These will be communicated prior to order processing. We make every effort to ensure that pricing and information regarding our products is accurate. However, PENUSA will not be held responsible for typographical errors and/or photographic errors/misrepresentations on the www.penusa.com website or in the PENUSA Catalog.

All outside trademarks used or displayed in the PENUSA Catalog are the rightful property of their respective owners and are used here for informational purposes only. They are not intended to constitute an endorsement of PENUSA or its products by any other company. All copy or other files submitted by the customer for use by PENUSA in producing items ordered will be received by PENUSA as being given in full observance of all applicable laws regarding copyright, service mark, trademark, privacy rights and all other related regulations.

All purchase orders will be confirmed via email, fax or phone. Any discrepancies need to be addressed prior to the shipping date. All engraving orders are processed and billed per our acknowledgement and are considered final. All confirmations must be signed and returned to us in order to put purchase orders into production.

Random samples and blank samples are sold at first column pricing plus shipping and handling charges as well as any incurred taxes. For next day shipments, orders MUST arrive by 1 PM EST.

Digital/paper proofs are free. Physical pre-production proofs are $50.00 (G) plus shipping, taxes and product cost. Please note that digital/paper proofs are mandatory with every order. All digital/paper proofs must be signed and emailed or faxed back to PENUSA in order to proceed to production.

Please send black & white vector artwork via email to art@penusa.com. Vector artwork is digital artwork in which geometric shapes are represented by mathematical equations. Due to its mathematical foundation, vector art is infinitely scalable and can be enlarged/reduced repeatedly without loss of quality.Raster art or pixel-based artwork is not acceptable for imprint methods as it does not offer the clean geometric lines necessary for imprint methods.

The artwork submitted must be originally created in EPS or CDR format as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or EPS are the only acceptable files. Fonts/text in EPS or CorelDraw files must be converted to outlines or curves. All files must be at least 300 dpi resolution and require no additional touch-ups or modifications. The production department reserves the right to determine acceptability of artwork. If artwork needs to be retouched/recreated or converted from unacceptable formats such as JPG or PSD, charges may apply. They will be determined before any work is done. Additional charges may apply if the artwork needs converting and/or requires more than 30 minutes of additional work. Artwork that requires touch-ups, color separation, or design work will be quoted based on a charged out rate of $25.00 (G) per hour or as per quotation.

BMP, DOC, GIF, JPG, PDF, PSD or TIFF files are NOT acceptable. Printed letterheads, business cards, faxed or scanned artwork are unusable forms of artwork and NOT acceptable.

Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors are the best way to let us know what colors are expected. We make reasonable efforts to match these colors. However, we do not offer exact color matches due to the limitations of the production process. Exact color cannot be guaranteed.

Standard production time for imprinted orders is normally 5-7 business days from receipt of artwork approval. Non-imprinted orders generally ship within 24-48 hours, though not guaranteed. Lead time for custom overseas projects varies. Please inquire for details.

PENUSA offers a rush production service for $40.00 (G). Rush production normally ships in 24-48 hours after artwork approval. Lead time may vary according to production requirements.

As a manufacturer, we are able to modify existing products and create new ones. Limitations may vary. Please inquire for further details.

First-time customers must provide a credit card number for all new orders. We do not accept American Express as the preferred method is Visa and/or MasterCard. Credit checks on new accounts are subject for approval and may take up to two weeks. In order to apply for credit, customers need to provide trade references. Approved credit is valid on customers’ second orders. Net 30 days is provided for approved accounts.

All invoices must be paid within 30 days. Interest charges will be assessed on all past due accounts. Any delays with payment may delay production which in turn may delay shipping dates.

All products are shipped FOB our warehouse by UPS Standard, FedEx Ground, Canpar or Purolator and are insured at the value of merchandise shipped. Freight charges will be added to the invoice. PENUSA cannot be held responsible for delays or damages incurred en route. If there are any issues please contact corresponding parties (UPS, FedEx, etc). All claims should be promptly filed by purchaser with the carrier at the time of delivery. Since the factory has no control after shipments have been been turned over to the freight carrier, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Though rare, please note that due to the nature of the production process, we reserve the right to ship and bill by 5% over or under your order quantity.

All changes must be made in writing and confirmed via acknowledgement. We ask that all information via digital proof and order confirmation are checked thoroughly to avoid any errors. PENUSA will not be held responsible for any errors found after order confirmation or artwork approval.

Changes or cancellations to orders once production has commenced will incur charges for work performed up to that point. No changes or cancellations will be accepted unless sent by fax or email and confirmed by PENUSA in writing.

Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no cost if returned within 30 days of receipt. A written authorization from PENUSA is required prior to any returns. Merchandise returned without any said authorization or approval, including random samples, will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. No credit will be issued for merchandise that is not authorized.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
